Ⅱ. All above listed prices，except those of agricultural production and rural resident living, have included urban public utilities surtax, detailed standards as following: urban resident living 3 fen/kwh; all the left, 0.60 fen/kwh.; large-sized industry, common industrial and commercial and others which include renewable energy resources add 0.20 fen/kwh.
Ⅲ. Former power-use of calcium carbide, electrolytic caustic soda, synthetic ammonia, yellow phosphorus and electrolytic aluminium carry out the price of non-preferential price.
Ⅳ. Former non-residential lighting electricity and uncommon industry electricity are termed as common industrial and commercial and others electricity unitedly.
