¡¾Examination & Approval Departments and Their Jurisdictions¡¿ |
Conforming to the Investment Project Catalogue approved by the central government (hereinafter refers to as Catalogue), projects listed in the Catalogue implement examination and approval system, projects out of the Catalogue implement the filing system. The examination and approval departments and their jurisdictions depend on the nature of projects. |
¡¾Documents Required for Examination, Approval and Filing¡¿ |
Submit Project Application Report in quintuplicate to the examination and approval departments. Application Report shall be compiled by corresponding qualified engineering consultation institutions. The following documents shall be attached in accordance with provisions promulgated by the state. |

Letter of Opinions on City Planning issued by urban planning administration department. |
2. |
Letter of Opinions on Preliminary Examination of the Land Used for Construction Projects issued by land and resources administration department. |
3. |
Letter of Opinions on Environmental Impact Assessment issued by the environment protection administration department. |
4. |
Submit other documents required in accordance with relevant provisions. |
