1.Project proposal
fill the Application Form for Project Proposal and submit to the Administrative Commission of the zone for examination and approval.
Following documents are required:£º
¢ñ. The Notification of the Company's Name Pre-Approval issued by the Administration for Industry and Commerce.
¢ò. Letter of Intent for Joint Venture.
¢ó. Financial Reference and Business License of foreign party.
2.Feasibility Study Report: submit to the Administrative Commission of the zone for examination and approval.
Following documents are required:
¢ñ. Duplicate copy of Business License of both foreign and domestic parties.
¢ò. Duplicate copy of the ID Card of the foreign party¡¯s legal representative.
¢ó. Capital Contribution Lists of foreign party confirmed by both parties where the party contributes its capital in the form of tangible goods.
¢ô. Capital Source Verification Report of Chinese party (where the party contributes its capital in the form of tangible goods, a capital contribution lists of Chinese party confirmed by both parties is required; where the capital contribution of Chinese party involves state-owned Assets, a reference and an assessment report provided by state-owned assets administration departments are required ).
¢õ. Equipment Lists, Raw Material Lists and Profit Flow Table as the attachments of the Feasibility Study Report.
¢ö. Verification documents of the sites of production and business operation.
¢÷. Approval documents of environment protection provided by the environmental protection administration departments.
¢ø. Other relevant documents (for special products and industries).
3.Contract, Articles of Association: Chinese party submits the Application Report for Establishing Foreign-Funded Enterprise to the Administrative Commission of the zone for examination and approval.
Following documents are required:
¢ñ.Contract, Articles of Association.
¢ò. Appointment Letters of both foreign and Chinese parties (lists of chairman, vice-chairman and members of the board of directors ).
¢ó. Recommendation Letter of each party (lists of general manager and deputy general manager). |
