1.Feasibility Study Report: submit to the Administrative Commission of the zone for examination and approval.
Fill the Report of Feasibility Study and sent to approval.
Following documents are required:
กกกกข๑.The Notification of the Company's Name Pre-Approval issued by the Administration for Industry and Commerce of the zone.
กกกกข๒.Duplicate copy of the Business License of the foreign party (except individual investor)
กกกกข๓. Duplicate copy of the ID Card of the foreign partyกฏs legal representative.
กกกกข๔. Financial Reference of foreign party.
กกกกข๕. Capital Contribution Lists of foreign party confirmed by both parties where the party contributes its capital in the form of tangible goods.
กกกกข๖. Equipment Lists, Raw Materials Lists and Profit Flow Table as the attachments of the Feasibility Study Report.
กกกกข๗.Approval documents of environment protection provided by the environmental protection administration departments.
กกกกข๘. Verification documents of the sites of production and business operation.
กกกกข๙. Other relevant documents (for special products and industries).
2.Contract, Articles of Association: submit the Application Report for Establishing Foreign-Funded Enterprise to the Administrative Commission of the zone for examination and approval.
Following documents are required:
กกกกข๑.Application Form and Articles of Association of foreign-funded enterprise
กกกกข๒. Appointment Letters of directors and lists of chairman and vice-chairman of the board of directors
กกกกข๔. Recommended Letters of general manager and deputy general manager.
